System & Simulation Engineer (m/f)
Enerox GmbH develops, produces and sells innovative and large turnkey electrochemical energy storage systems for industrial customers and energy suppliers in Wiener Neudorf, Austria. As a technology leader in the Vanadium Redox Flow Battery technology, Enerox is one of the pioneers in energy storage. Enerox is present in all key regions of the world with their individual storage solutions. The CellCube guarantees clean, emission-free and fast energy supply at all times.
The company now prepares for a strong growth with a project oriented and internationally oriented business development and engineering team in which the System & Simulation Engineer is key.
Perform simulations and modelling work for energy storage systems
Provide solution design & feasibility studies
Support opportunities with complex solution scope (Renewables, Microgrids, Hybrids)
Act as engineering consultant for Enerox’ internal and external consulting efforts
Point of contact for BD, Solution and Project team regarding e.g. system sizing requirements
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree with renewable focus
Experienced in simulation tool use such as HOMER, EnergyPLAN or with trading platforms
3-5 years working experience as power systems or project engineer including power systems
simulation studies preferably renewable, storage or hybrid systems
Knowledge of key energy market mechanisms incl. basic regulatory requirements or market
mechanisms such as PRL, FFR, Reserve Capacity, Merchant Markets or Peaking Capacity
Experience in site visits and assessment of power systems incl feasibility studies for storage
Creative and flexible in solution design with customer focus and commitment to deadlines
fluent in Englisch and German (written and oral)

For this position, a market-compliant minimum gross annual salary of €44.800,00 applies for full-time. Depending on professional qualifications and experience, a significant overpayment is possible.
